Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Associate, Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
Experience working in Home Health required.
Familiarity with home health documentation recommended. Client prefers experience with HCHB and OASIS; these are preferred but not required if strong home health experience is demonstrated.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Ability to travel within the assigned county region, including Charles County area, as needed.
