The Clinical Nurse in Endoscopy is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients and families while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong clinical expertise, transformational leadership, and a commitment to professional practice standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Nurse position will have strong acute care or procedural experience to include, but not limited to, Endoscopy, Vascular Access, or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

Hourly Breakdown of Salary Range Minimum: $32.69 - Midpoint: $50.58 - Maximum: $68.51 PLUS: Nurses will earn up to $5,004 in annual department-based differentials.

EDUCATION Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Nursing.

WORK EXPERIENCE Preferred: Strong acute care or procedural experience to include, but not limited to, Endoscopy, Vascular Access, or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Required: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license. Upon Hire and Required: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire and Required: PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support If working in the following department: Nrsg Post Anesthesia Care Unit (600160). Other requirements: All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
