Job Description:
Join a growing manufacturing team that builds customized computer server racks and solutions used in data centers across the country. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to learn multiple areas of production, including assembly, paint line operations, and material handling. Team members are cross-trained, providing variety in daily work and opportunities to develop valuable manufacturing and mechanical skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble customized server rack systems and metal enclosures using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure products are built accurately.
• Load and unload metal components on the paint line to support production flow.
• Prepare metal parts by grinding, deburring, and inspecting components prior to assembly.
• Organize and stage materials and finished products for the next step in the manufacturing process.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and general production support duties.
• Work safely and collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical assembly is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to learn multiple manufacturing processes through cross-training.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manitowoc, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.20 - $25.20/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
