Bilingual LOA Specialist (CA) - In-House, Growth

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a bilingual Leave of Absence Specialist to join our HR team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This hands-on role manages the full leave lifecycle while ensuring compliance with FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, PFL, and other applicable laws. You will oversee 100-120 active cases, serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, review medical certifications, coordinate return-to-work, and collaborate with Benefits and Payroll to enhance leave processes and employee experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco by Highspring
