This includes electrical diagnostics and drivability issues.Recon – Prepare and recondition vehicles for resale, ensuring quality.Quality & Safety – Complete repairs to manufacturer and safety standards.Teamwork – Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep customers happy.What We're Looking ForExperience – Technician experience required. Automotive dealership experience preferred.Diagnostic Skills – Solid diagnostic and mechanical repair skills, including electrical diagnostics.Certifications – ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training a plus; any OEM training preferred.Specialty Skills – Diesel and transmission experience a plus, but not required.Work Ethic – Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.Driving Record – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Education – High school diploma or equivalent.Availability – Ability to work Saturdays.Apply Today If you're ready to work in a growing shop with lots of opportunities, apply now!Straub Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
