About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the demand engine. This role is pivotal in transforming the company's voice-AI leadership into a robust, qualified pipeline and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the demand-gen to revenue engine, setting and executing the strategy, and working closely with Sales and RevOps to optimize the full funnel. Key goals include building a repeatable, AI-native demand system, improving pipeline efficiency, and standing up attribution and reporting for clear visibility from spend to revenue. The VP will also be tasked with building and developing a high-performing revenue marketing team, and must be adept at operating in an AI-native environment, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptation. Applicants for the VP of Demand Generation role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for those who have scaled marketing for a developer-first or technical B2B product. The role requires a leader who can operate AI-native, design human+AI demand-gen workflows, and is adept at using AI tools to drive results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in both product-led and sales-led environments, and be fluent in modern revenue marketing and analytics stacks.
