UNC Health Family Medicine at Grays Creek in Hope Mills, NC seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join the team of three physicians and 3 APPs. Gray's Creek provides care for patients of all ages. They care for your minor injuries and illnesses and help you to manage your health at every stage of life. There is also an inpatient specialist group and an onsite laboratory.

• Clinic hours are Monday Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am 12:00 noon
• Schedule templates of 15/30 or 20/40 minute appointments
• Ramp up to full schedule of 18 22 patients/day

Requirements

• Completion of ACGME accredited Residency Program in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensed as a MD or DO in North Carolina or eligible
