Position Details:

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Fontana, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
School Year: 2026–2027
Employment Type: School-based contract
Caseload: Approximately 35 K-12 students
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services
• Consult and monitor student progress
• Maintain and update IEP documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Pay Rate: $50-57/hour

Key Qualifications:

• Masters in Physical Therapy 
• Active California Physical Therapist License required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
