Travel RN - Renal Med-Surg Shift: 36 hrs/week | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Every other weekend required Qualifications • Active Ohio RN license (required at submission) • Current BLS certification • Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience (renal experience strongly preferred) • Proven ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips • • Competency test required on Day 1; failure results in immediate contract termination • Epic EMR proficiency (mandatory, no training provided) • • Lack of Epic proficiency results in immediate termination
