Role Overview:

Senior administrative leader overseeing all on-site operations for a large-scale data center construction project, acting as the key link between project leadership and the General Contractor.

Responsibilities:
Manage administrative staff (Project Admins and Admin Assistants)

• Oversee office operations, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Serve as primary administrative interface with GC
• Coordinate meetings, events, and leadership engagements
• Lead onboarding logistics (badging, access, workspace setup)
• Ensure structured communication across the project

Requirements:
5-10+ years in office management or administrative leadership in construction or industrial environments

• Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical projects (data centers preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project systems (Procore, ACC, etc.)
