In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer Your Contribution To The Team Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large‑scale data migrations Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project delivery Required Skill And Experience Experience in SAP ISU Device Management / Work Management /AMI implementation and Support programs Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America Should understand different business process in of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated) Strong hands‑on experience on IS-Utility Device management concept’s: Business & Technical Master Data setup Register relations, POD, Device replacement in deregulated market Regional structure, MRU, and Portion Meter Reading and Profile Values validation and upload Device Procurement & Characteristics, Samplings/Inspections Installation/Removal/Replacement, Meter Reading (order creation, download, upload, validation & estimation), Device Categories, Device Groups, Register Groups, Winding Groups, CT / PT etc. Understanding the regulatory requirements, competitive market requirements, intercompany Market transactions in a deregulated environment and regulated market. SAP EDM knowledge on interval meters, flow of interval meter data till its billing RTP configuration, TOU configuration, Replacement Value Configuration, Profiles. Should be capable to help and design an SAP landscape for implementation. Configuration skill for profiles and RTM settlement with Aggregate billing/Grid billing. Integration of SAP DM with Billing, AMI, and Smart Grid Skill to handle 3rd Party tool: Meter Data Management tools and Address validation system. Integration of CS with DM: Service order, Meter test result, mobile upload Knowledge of Energy settlement and Energy Audit will be desired. Functional testing of requirements and debugging of codes Knowledge of IS‑U integration with MM and PM Must have IS‑U Device Management Configuration experience. Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis. Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore. Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day. Preferred Skill And Experience You have to lead the functional team.
