Job Title: Temporary Proposal Coordinator Assignment Type: Contract | 6–8 Weeks Pay: $30–$33/hour Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Fully onsite Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a well‑established construction organization in the government contracting space that is seeking a Temporary Proposal Coordinator to support its proposal operations team during a staffing transition. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who thrives in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. Job Description: Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented Proposal Coordinator to assist with the preparation and organization of proposal materials for executive and client‑facing submissions. This individual will play a key role in compiling resumes, formatting documents, and ensuring proposal packages are polished, accurate, and submission‑ready. The role will collaborate closely with internal team members and utilize AI‑supported tools to streamline proposal development processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and assemble proposal documentation and supporting materials for client deliverables Format and edit resumes, project information, and presentation materials for consistency and accuracy Prepare polished proposal packages for leadership and client review Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and AI-assisted platforms to support proposal production Maintain organized proposal files and documentation Partner with internal stakeholders to meet proposal deadlines and deliverables Review documents for grammar, formatting, and overall quality assurance Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in administrative support, proposal coordination, or proposal preparation Previous experience supporting proposal or business development teams preferred Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment Hands‑on experience supporting high‑visibility proposal initiatives Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
