Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support a busy proposal and marketing team during a high‑volume period. This role will focus on creating, editing, and maintaining employee and project resumes for proposal submissions. Responsibilities Develop and update resumes and proposal documents using templates Edit and format content for clarity, consistency, and professionalism Coordinate with internal teams to gather and organize information Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize urgent requests Review AI-generated content for accuracy and quality Requirements Experience in proposal coordination, marketing support, or professional writing Strong written communication and editing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
