Job Overview Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Urgent Care Responsibilities Will manage urgent and primary walk‑ins 12‑hour shifts with time and a half over 40 hours Schedule includes CLOSED major holidays, NO overnights, NO on‑call duties Qualifications Must be a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) with 2 or more years of related clinical experience Prefer experience in urgent care or emergency medicine/ER Experience treating the full lifespan (ages 2 to 100+) Active Georgia license Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary: $130,000 – $180,000 per year Annual merit increases and annual bonus Full benefits – medical, dental, and vision Retirement with 4% match Flexible schedule and hours Generous PTO and CLOSED major holidays (Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, Easter, July 4th) NO nights, NO on‑call, limited weekends Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
