Healthcare HR Coordinator-Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare HR Coordinator to support a multi-site healthcare organization, including clinics, urgent care centers, physical therapy departments, and an ambulatory surgery center.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
• Assist with credentialing, privileging, and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Manage confidential information with professionalism

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience (healthcare preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of employment laws, HIPAA, OSHA, AAAHC, and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
