Role Overview As a Laboratory Supervisor , you will oversee laboratory staff and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Working closely with the Facility Manager and/or Director, you will: Supervise staff and maintain competency standards Ensure accurate test performance and proper turnaround times Assist with new test validations and troubleshoot issues with tests, instruments, and sample delivery Perform routine tests when needed Support team resource tasks including hiring, counseling, and annual evaluations Assist with quality reporting, infectious disease reporting, education, and marketing Process expense and billing information Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Clinical Science‑related field Experience 4 years in Clinical Laboratory or related field Licensure/Certification Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor License (Required) What We Offer BayCare provides a competitive total rewards package, including: Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Paid Time Off Tuition Assistance 401(k) Match and additional yearly contribution Wellness programs and community perks Take the Next Step Bring your leadership and technical expertise to BayCare and help us deliver exceptional laboratory services.
