Customer Interaction:?Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and?assist?in the process of getting?our customers back on the road.? Experience:?Customer-facing Claims experience preferred.?? Education:?High School Diploma or GED?required; College degree preferred.?? Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.? Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
