• We prefer familiarity with MBSE and experience applying its methods and principles to engineering work.
• We prefer experience using Cameo or similar modeling tools for systems engineering tasks.
• We prefer experience using Jira to document and track change requests and tasks.
• We prefer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Word.

• We determine the impact of engineering development on the weapon system, requirements, and other design specifications.
• We review, analyze, and create requirements at multiple levels, including SSS, SSDD, SRS, and HRS.
• We develop Candidate Change Packages to add new system capabilities and capture design details and impacts in models and engineering documentation.
• We review, analyze, and build system architectures using modeling tools such as MagicDraw.
• We provide human factors engineering, prototyping, and analysis support for user interface requirements and specifications, including the Human Computer Interface Design Specification.
• We review, analyze, update, and adjudicate comments on external interface documents.
• We create and resolve change requests tied to system issues or mismatches between design documentation and system behavior.
• We contribute engineering expertise in IPT meetings, Engineering Review Boards, Deficiency Review Boards, Change Review Boards, and Interface Working Groups through package development, review, and documentation of outcomes.
• We attend weekly team meetings and other scheduled sessions and actively participate.
• We communicate engineering and meeting summaries verbally and in writing, including technical briefings, defense of engineering and design decisions, presentations, and tasking and schedule status updates.
