Looking for body shop painting experience but also open to industrial painting experience. Mon to Thursday 4 10 schedule. Great benefits, overtime, and weekly pay.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of industrial spray painting experience.
• 3+ years of lead experience, including paint preparation and production.
• Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and the ability to manage projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, durable finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental controls, and PPE requirements in industrial painting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a lead role, even if from a different skill set, is acceptable as long as painting skills are present.
• Ability to complete performance evaluations and conduct real-time coaching conversations.
• Capable of training new hires.

Work Environment

The role requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed, and climb portable ladders. The use of Personal Protection Equipment is required. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
