ResponsibilitiesAs a Wellness Client Coordinator & Therapy Assistant, the candidate will become one of the first smiling faces our clients see when they walk through our doors.

One will help create an exceptional patient experience by:

• Greeting clients warmly and making them feel genuinely welcome.

• Escorting clients to private treatment rooms and preparing them for Red Light Therapy sessions.

• Setting up treatment rooms, helping clients get treatments, answering questions. ALL training will be provided.

• Scheduling appointments and managing our daily calendar.

• Answering a multi-line phone system with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Supporting clients while they participate in our physician-directed wellness program (we provide complete training).

• Encouraging clients throughout their wellness journey.

• Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Assisting with light administrative and office duties.

• Working closely with the rest of our team to ensure every client receives outstanding care.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record.

• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Charlottesville, Virginia.

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for most of an 8-hour workday.

• Comfortable learning new systems and following established procedures.

• Able to be on one's feet through the workday.

• Full-time availability.

• Saturday availability is required (enjoy a weekday off each week instead). Off Mondays.

No Experience?

No problem.

The applicant does not need previous experience in healthcare, weight loss, or red light therapy.

We are happy to train the right person.
