The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers compensation law. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work and grow within a dynamic legal practice. Duties Handling the day-to-day of cases and hearings Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Interactions with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Why join us?
