Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate vehicles and services
Guide customers through the sales and financing process with relevant questions and solutions
Explain vehicle features, warranties, and services to prospective buyers
Report on objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, competitive personality, especially in handling rejection and negotiating pricing
Interest in mentoring new sales associates and working in a team environment
Proven success in automotive sales
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
FLUENCY IN SPANISH PREFERRED
