Senior Administrative Director
Summary of Role:- Supervises HR, Admin, Finance, Development & Communications directors and consultants.
- Manages internal operations, including HR, finance, and administrative tasks.
- Oversee fundraising efforts, including donor relations, campaigns, and events.
- Oversee grant management, reporting, systems and processes to track deadlines and ensure compliance.
- Ensures administrative compliance, including managing deadlines for regulatory filings, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Manages insurance policies, permits, and licensing to ensure organizational compliance and risk management.
- Prepares financial and narrative reports for grantors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Manages communications and outreach strategies to maintain public visibility and engagement.
- Interface with legal counsel as needed.
