We’re looking for a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and help drive the success of our field marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and driven, with the ability to motivate a team while remaining active in the field. As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required). Compensation Uncapped performance bonuses Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses $22.50/hour base pay Requirements Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs Available Monday – Saturdays A valid driver’s license and A good driving record is essential for this role. What You’ll Do Lead & Motivate the Team Support and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to help team members improve their performance Lead by example through a strong work ethic and positive energy in the field Recruit & Build the Team Assist with recruiting new canvassers Conduct phone screenings and interviews Help onboard and train new team members so they are set up for success Operations & Field Support Track daily canvassing activities and team performance Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers to and from neighborhoods Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Health Savings Account (HSA) Company-Sponsored and Supplemental Life Insurance Long-term/short-term disability and accident protection Employee assistance program - access to counseling services and other tools to improve work/family/life balance.
