Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health Crisis Center - Overnights

Full Time - 36 hours a week

Schedule - 8p to 8a - 3 days a week with rotating weekends 

Rate - $38.00 to 42.00 an hour, based on length of licensure 

The ideal candidate must have:

• Ability to obtain and interpret clinical and medical information to expedite processing referrals
• Ability to engage with consumers upon intake, to assist with expectations of and acclamation to the unit and milieu
• Ability to establish therapeutic rapport during stay to assist in promotion of warm hand-offs to aftercare providers
• Ability to articulate clearly and provide psychotherapeutic education, wellness and medication education groups
• Ability to assist LCSW/LPC with the development of Treatment Plans and Treatment Plan revisions
• Ability to establish rapport and exhibit empathy to obtain pertinent and useful clinical data in the development of Behavioral Health Assessments.

This position will also be the back-up for admission and discharge processing .

Must be a registered nurse in the state of Georgia or hold comparable COMPACT license.

5% shift differential for weekday nights 

10% shift differential for weekends

$3.00 hourly flat rate differential for charge shifts
