Sourcing Specialist (West Palm Beach)

Role Description: The Sourcing Specialist is a full-time, on-site, entry-level sales role based in West Palm Beach, FL . This role is responsible for identifying and connecting with potential contractors, integrators, and service providers to generate new business opportunities for LVLS Integration. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and identifying prospective clients, making high-volume outbound calls, introducing LVLS Integration’s service offerings, understanding potential clients’ needs, qualifying opportunities, and developing initial business relationships. The Sourcing Specialist will serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients and will work closely with Account Managers to transition qualified opportunities and relationships for continued development. This role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking activity and performance metrics, following up with prospects, and contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability or interest in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development, with the ability to make high-volume outbound calls and identify potential opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to speak with prospective clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to build relationships, ask effective questions, understand customer needs, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Comfortable handling rejection, maintaining persistence, and consistently working toward activity and performance goals.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain accurate CRM information.
• Previous sales, customer service, business development, or other people-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• College athletes and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
