$15–$17/hour | Flexible Scheduling | No Experience Required

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers  to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Beaver Springs and surrounding communities.

You'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

No professional caregiving experience? That's okay. If you're reliable, patient and enjoy helping others, we'd love to talk with you.

• $15/hour – Waiver cases
• $16 to $17/hour – VA and Private Pay cases

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed
• Follow the individual's care plan
• Document the services you provide

• Flexible scheduling
• One-on-one care in the client's home
• Full-time and part-time opportunities based on available cases
• $15–$17/hour

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to complete required background checks
• Be dependable, caring and patient

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
