Build the marketing function of a high-growth home services leader

Most marketing leaders get to own strategy or execution. Here you own both, and your results show up directly in leads, revenue, and the board deck.

Intermountain Home Services is a fast-growing platform of trusted HVAC, plumbing, and electrical brands across the Intermountain West. As we grow to $250 million in revenue and beyond, we're looking for a Director of Marketing who wants to build what gets us there.

You'll report directly to our CMO. You'll lead a team and run demand generation, field marketing, and performance across every brand we operate. If you like hands-on work, making decisions from data, and being able to tie your campaigns to real revenue, keep reading.

What you'll own

The growth engine. You'll set demand generation strategy across paid media, SEO, email, SMS, and marketing automation, and optimize every channel for conversion, efficiency, and ROAS.

Local marketing at scale. Direct mail, truck wraps, yard signs, door hangers, events, and community presence. This is the local playbook that wins in home services, and you'll run it across multiple brands and overlapping markets.

The numbers and the story behind them. You'll own KPIs, scorecards, and revenue vs. plan. You'll present monthly and quarterly results to leadership and help shape board materials.

The tech stack. ServiceTitan marketing modules, Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, attribution, and dashboards. You'll make sure we get full value from the tools we pay for, and you'll have a voice in what we add next.

Agency and vendor partnerships. You'll hold paid media, SEO, automation, and direct mail partners to clear goals, SLAs, and budgets.

A team worth building. You'll hire, coach, and develop high performers, set clear goals, celebrate wins, and grow the next generation of marketing leaders.
Who you'll work with

You'll partner closely with our Director of Brand & Creative, who owns creative production. That frees you to focus on strategy, performance, and activation. You'll also work across the business with branch leaders, operations, the call center, rev ops, BI, accounting, and HR.

Requirements

What you bring

• 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years leading people
• A full-stack background in multi-location or multi-brand B2C, ideally in seasonal services
• A proven record of owning lead volume and revenue across paid, SEO, email, and automation
• Comfort with data: you know attribution, ROI/ROAS, and revenue reporting, and you can turn the numbers into a story leadership acts on
• Experience building and managing multi-channel budgets
• A leader who's willing to do the work: you can set the strategy and also get into a campaign build yourself
• Experience with social, community, and event marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Bonus points: experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services, and hands-on ServiceTitan (or similar CRM) knowledge.
