A leading Japanese financial institution is seeking a Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in its Washington, DC office. Role Overview: This role provides day-to-day support to senior leaders and helps ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams in the U.S. and Japan. We are open to candidates with a range of professional backgrounds who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities: Support executive schedules, meetings, and communications Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with expense processing Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders Assist with preparation of documents, presentations, and reports Support office operations, events, and administrative processes Requirements Bilingual in Japanese and English (required) 310 years of professional experience (administration, coordination, client-facing roles, etc.) Experience supporting senior staff or handling multiple priorities is a plus Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach We encourage applications from candidates with diverse experience, including hospitality, airline, sales, or other service-oriented roles, who are eager to support senior leadership and grow into an executive support position.
