Contract | 13-Week Assignment | 35-Hour Weekly Guarantee
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance requirements
