Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of experience required
• Current BLS required

Assignment Details

• Choose either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
• Hours for 10-hour option: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Outpatient therapy and rehabilitation setting
• One-on-one patient care
• 14 evaluations scheduled per week, with remaining visits focused on treatments
• Chart review time built into the schedule twice daily for 30 minutes on 8-hour shifts and three times daily for 30 minutes on 10-hour shifts
• Evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes
• Most treatments are scheduled for 30 minutes, with some 45- or 60-minute visits based on patient needs
• Patient population includes approximately 70% orthopedic and 30% neurological cases
• No on-call requirement
• No floating required
