Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorHelion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting direction for the shift, supporting the maintenance team on the production floor, and ensuring equipment reliability and production uptime.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a team of 8-10 maintenance technicians.Set direction and priorities for the maintenance team throughout the shift.Stay active on the production floor, providing hands-on leadership and support to the maintenance team.Help troubleshoot equipment issues and provide guidance to technicians when needed.Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) schedules are completed effectively and on time.Monitor equipment uptime and work with the team to minimize production downtime.Communicate effectively with technicians and production personnel to keep the shift running efficiently.Use maintenance management systems such as SAP to track maintenance activities and equipment performance.Qualifications:Previous experience leading a maintenance team, production team, or similar group is preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills are required.Ability to set priorities and provide direction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Comfortable working on the production floor and leading by example rather than working primarily in an office.Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred.SAP experience is a plus.Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment uptime is preferred.If you meet the requirements above, I highly encourage you to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
