Senior Operations Manager

The Role We’re looking for a highly autonomous utility player to lead operations initiatives. This role will work closely with the CEO and COO. This role is built for someone who wants real ownership, thrives on accountability, is deeply data-oriented, and will run through walls to get the job done. What You’ll Do Operations Swiss Army Knife: Take on ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive them to completion with urgency, ownership, and data-backed decision-making. Own Customer Support Operations: Run customer support end-to-end, including managing and scaling a contractor team, setting SLAs, and building repeatable support processes. Lead Lifecycle & Email Execution: Manage customer email communications across onboarding, drip campaigns, and collections. Own deliverability, segmentation, and performance metrics. Manage Appeals Filing at Scale: Own the full appeals filing process across counties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while managing a team of 5+ contractors. Translate Regulations into Action: Research and interpret local property tax regulations, create clear customer-facing guides, and surface local nuances to the product and engineering teams. You have 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, product, operations, or early-stage startups. You have a track record of taking projects from idea to execution independently.
