MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Akkodis is seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Developer for a Contract with a client in Weehawken, NJ (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions while supporting business process optimization and system integrations.


Rate Range: $45/hour to $51/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


MS Dynamics CRM Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) solutions to support business processes and operational requirements.
• Configure and maintain CRM entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and data models to optimize user experience and system performance.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise applications using Azure services and cloud-native technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions and ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) development and enterprise CRM solution delivery.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, CRM data modeling, customization, workflows, business process automation, and application development.
• Proven experience with Azure services, cloud-native integrations, API development, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with enterprise applications and business systems.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $51.00 per hour
