About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to spearhead its Financial Lines Insurance division. The successful candidate will be a strategic and client-focused leader with a proven track record in executive liability and professional risk products. Key responsibilities for this role include serving as a trusted advisor across a range of exposures, from D&O to cyber, and leading a team in detailed policy reviews, risk audits, and strategic client engagements. The role also demands a talent for building high-performing teams, driving business development, and maintaining operational and financial oversight of the division. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Financial Lines within a brokerage setting, with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client portfolios, be adept at negotiation, and possess excellent communication skills. Strategic and technical leadership is essential, as is the ability to mentor staff and champion operational excellence. The role requires a leader who can drive cross-vertical collaboration, strengthen carrier partnerships, and enhance the division's visibility in specialty markets.
