Overview Towne Park is a hospitality services company focused on delivering exceptional experiences. The Account Manager oversees one Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance in financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. Responsibilities Financial and Business Systems Management: understands and drives metrics to ensure effectiveness, high performance, and compliance. Aims to improve financial performance and profitability of the account. Maximizes opportunities within the contractual agreement. Positively moves metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover. Manages scheduling, overtime for associates under direct supervision, tip reporting, and timekeeping. Ensures forecasts, payroll, and accounting reports are on time and accurate. Utilizes standardized business systems and ensures policy/procedure compliance. Human Resources: actively engages in recruitment and hiring to secure the best people for the location. Fosters retention, responds to associate feedback, and conducts orientation and on-the-job training for new associates. Recognizes and develops top performers, coaches underperformers, and develops future leaders. Conducts regular performance appraisals and provides feedback. Leads effective associate meetings and shift huddles. Applies positive discipline and maintains accurate performance documentation. Delegates appropriately and distributes decision-making responsibilities. Service Management: ensures consistent guest/patient service across shifts. Allocates labor resources to support service delivery. Plans for seasonal variances with Area/District Manager and Human Resources to maintain proper staffing. Aligns Towne Park’s service standards with client standards and drives client-related metrics. Client Relations Management: builds cohesive relationships with client staff, maintains regular meeting rhythms, and follows through on commitments. Maintains visibility at the site, understands client objectives, and focuses the team on exceeding expectations. Pursues opportunities to grow Towne Park’s business by building client loyalty. Systems and Standards: understands and uses Towne Park systems to control assets and expenditures. Trains others, keeps the work environment clean and organized, completes tasks in a timely manner, and collaborates with management and coworkers to meet customer needs. Maintains confidentiality of associate and client information. Safety and Risk Management: follows safety procedures, reports accidents and incidents promptly, uses only trained equipment, reports high-risk areas, ensures safety training for associates, and cooperates with Risk Management on claims. Follows disciplinary processes for at-fault claims and safety violations, and manages on-the-job injuries with Human Resources. Sales Responsibilities Maintains relationships with current clients to obtain references and leads for new opportunities. Keeps leadership and sales teams informed of changes to Ownership Groups/Management Companies or Brand changes and of changes in client personnel. Monitors client activity for construction, expansion, or changes that could create growth opportunities. Communicates developments to Area/District Manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to plan, set priorities, and manage multiple complex projects under deadlines. Demonstrates work ethic, energy, and persistence to achieve goals. Maintains professionalism under changing conditions. Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various POS applications. Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels. Ability to represent the company in diverse settings and understand diverse cultures. Ability to read and interpret general business policies, procedures, manuals, and communications. Ability to compose professional internal and external communications. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service. Must be able to drive manual transmission and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Towne Park offers competitive pay based on job-related skills, experience, education, and location. Annual base pay range for this position is $58,000 - $60,000. Additional compensation may include annual incentive bonuses depending on role and policy guidelines. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance; accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance; telemedicine; company-paid basic life and AD&D; short-term and long-term disability; 401(k) plan. Paid Time Off includes accrual up to 80 hours per year, 6 paid holidays, and up to 4 paid floating holidays. Eligibility and terms apply; benefits subject to change. Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands reflect essential functions and may require reasonable accommodations. Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally; pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds frequently and 350 pounds in some cases. Extended hours, evenings, weekends, and travel up to 10% may be required.
