Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state license and NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school setting or pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual needs and IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ motor, sensory, cognitive, and social-emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with student IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classrooms and dedicated therapy spaces
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student abilities and goals
• Support the school community by sharing resources and best practices
