Shift Leader Bruegger's Bagels, New Haven, Connecticut Our stores close at 2 p.m.; you will never have to work past 3 p.m. (NO EVENINGS & NO NIGHTS!). Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Shift Leaders maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe and clean store environment.
