Manager - Rehabilitation Services

The Manager - Rehabilitation Services role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of inpatient and outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech‑Language Pathology, and other department services, providing leadership to department staff, and ensuring safe and quality patient care. This position is accountable for accreditation and regulatory compliance of therapy services, clinical competence of staff, and financial health of the department. The Manager collaborates with the Regional Director to maintain efficient workflows, support staff development, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and evidence‑based practices. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy required. License/Certifications: Current state licensure in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy required. Experience: Three years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology required; experience in a hospital setting preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, care team, providers, vendors, and state/regulatory agencies.
