Field Recruiting Coordinator & Employer Brand Lead

Civitas Senior Living in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to build and drive on-site hiring events and candidate relationships. This role blends recruiting, events, and employer-brand storytelling, with significant travel to Civitas communities and events. You'll manage events at communities, partner with leadership, develop relationships with nursing programs and schools, and create engaging content for recruitment across markets.
