Float Registered Nurse, Peds Nephrology Clinic

Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Advocate for patient needs. Uphold professional practice standards. Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred. Peds or Nephrology experience a plus. Core Competencies Demonstrates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and advocating for patient needs. Upholds professional practice standards and delivers safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
