Our agency has been proudly serving our community since December 2011 and has grown to a team of 14 members across two office locations. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
