Sr. Data Analyst

Senior Data AnalystProvides acquisition and contracting data analysis, tracking, inspection, cleansing, visualization, presentation and process mapping support. Leads the review of current solutions and explores alternative tools and process improvements to enhance data visualization, quality and reporting. Recommends opportunities to enhance data collection and processes for reviewing, tracking, analyzing, cleansing, validating, visualizing and presenting acquisition data to increase stakeholder access to data, support informed decision-making by stakeholders regarding current and future procurements, enhance data quality and accuracy, and minimize redundancy.Responsibilities include those listed below but are not limited to:Provide data analysis, tracking, inspection, cleansing, visualization, presentation and process mapping supportElicit and document data-related requirements from various stakeholdersAnalyze needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems, and develop technical, structural, and organizational specificationsDevelop dashboards, charts and graphs for program and executive leadershipDevelop and maintain solutions that support high-quality, accurate data analytics, acquisition metrics, and executive reportingExplore opportunities to leverage existing information technology systems to implement new ways to capture available data for better accuracy and quality control.Identify opportunities to integrate federal acquisition systems data including from PRISM, FFMS, and APFS to support data analytics and reportingSupport development and building prototype trackers as proof of concept for stakeholders, as neededSupport trend analysis, root cause investigation, performance indicator reporting, and data quality auditsDesign, model, document, and guide the logical and conceptual relationship of data, workflows and data visualization for complex applications.Maintain and upgrade SharePoint, PowerApps or other tools to collect, aggregate, and report metrics data using chart web parts, excel services, lists, and document librariesDevelop user guides, job aids, quick reference guides and standard operating procedures for all supported tools and trackersProvide training presentations for government stakeholders on data operations and maintenance including how to utilize, manipulate, and maintain the trackersRecommend and implement approved solutions to enhance and automate processes for data collectionEnsure the successful implementation and day-to-day operation of data tools and systems integration supporting acquisition program management and contracting operationsCreate standards and/or do modeling to monitor and enhance capacity and performanceCommunicate with technical, applications, and operational staff, to optimize data, file and dashboard managementAnalyze and make recommendations for improvements to existing tools to enhance performance, stability, usability and scalabilityRequired Skills:Demonstrated ability to identify and apply critical analysis to problems and develop alternative solutionsDemonstrated experience in problem resolution and customer satisfactionStrong consulting and analytical skills requiredStrong client relationship management skills requiredMust have excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate on complex technical issues and present results to customers and senior level management with varying levels of experience with technical solutionsProficient in MS Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Excel and MS WordRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint to include practical applications and experience developing/publishing toolsDemonstrated experience using Power Apps and Power BI reporting and visualizationIntegrity is an Equal Opportunity Employer who is dedicated to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
