We are a modern, family-oriented practice committed to providing exceptional preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care in a welcoming environment.## ## If you're passionate about patient education, clinical excellence, and building lasting relationships, we'd love to meet you.## ## Hours: 8a-5p Monday-Wednesday, 7a-3p Thursday, and 7a-1p Friday## ## Responsibilities* ## Perform periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing* ## Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records* ## Educate patients on oral health and preventive care* ## Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care* ## Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols* ## Deliver a positive, comfortable patient experience## Qualifications* ## Current North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license* ## Current CPR certification* ## Excellent communication and organizational skills* ## Positive, team-oriented attitude* ## New graduates are welcome to apply## What We Offer* ## Competitive pay starting at $45/hr + based on experience* ## Health benefits* ## Paid time off and holidays* ## 401(k) match* ## Continuing education opportunities* ## Supportive team culture* ## Modern, technology-driven practice## ## If you're looking for a practice that values teamwork, compassion, and quality patient care, we'd love to hear from you.**FLSA Status:**Non-Exempt
