Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour. Responsibilities and Duties Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, moving furniture and equipment, etc. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Use proper PPE when required. Open and lock facilities, enable and disable the security system as required. Will provide on‑the‑job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and be dependable, on time, and in uniform. Respect and understand co‑workers and customers. Communicate in English. Qualifications 1–2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required. Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus. Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and flexible, fast‑paced, multitasking job performance. Physical Demands and Qualifications Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over the head, and reaching forward. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to read cleaning instructions. Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
