Job title: Sr. Business Analyst/Consultant – Reporting
\nLocation: Hybrid in Springfield, MA (3 days onsite)
\nContract duration: 12 months w/ possible extension
\n \nAbout This Role:
\nThe Business Analyst Consultant will support Enterprise Analytics delivery across recurring reporting, analytics products, stakeholder requests, and governance work. This role will provide hands-on business analysis, coordination, and reporting support across several workstreams.
\n \nThe consultant will:
\nMaintain delivery continuity across Enterprise Analytics workstreams.
\nGather and document business requirements for reporting, metrics, dashboards, and process improvements.
\nCoordinate stakeholder requests, enhancement intake, validation, and delivery follow-up.
\nSupport recurring and ad hoc leadership reporting with clear, accurate, and timely outputs.
\nCoordinate reporting cycles, including data and narrative inputs, quality checks, and delivery readiness.
\nSupport portfolio reporting, analytics requests, documentation, and operational improvements.
\nOrganize work, document decisions, and move requests from intake through delivery.
\n \nCore Responsibilities:
\nGather, clarify, and document business requirements, acceptance criteria, and process needs.
\nTranslate business needs into clear, actionable work for developers, analysts, and reporting partners.
\nCoordinate with business stakeholders, analytics team members, product partners, and technical contributors.
\nManage reporting requests, dashboard enhancements, defects, decisions, and follow-up.
\nCoordinate reporting calendars, data collection, validation, and delivery checkpoints.
\nPrepare status updates, meeting notes, action items, process documents, and leadership-ready summaries.
\nTrack requirements, decisions, owners, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
\nCreate clear operational documentation and support knowledge transfer.
\nSupport change management, communications, and adoption activities for new or updated analytics products and processes.
\n \nSkills:
\nExperience supporting enterprise analytics, technology, governance, or portfolio reporting teams.
\nExperience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, SQL, or comparable data and reporting tools.
\nExperience supporting senior leadership reporting or executive communications.
\nExperience working in Agile or product-oriented delivery environments.
\nAbility to quickly learn internal systems, business processes, and stakeholder networks.
