Provide meaningful one-on-one nursing care in a patient’s home! White Glove Community Care is hiring a compassionate Home Care Nurse LPN in Kings County, NY . Position Details
Location: Kings County, NY
Schedule: 4x10 Rotating
Employment Type: Travel
Patient Details: Geriatric gentleman on Vent/ Trach.
Daily Pay: $10.00
- Provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Monitor the patient’s condition and report important changes
- Follow the individualized plan of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate and support patients and family caregivers
- Active LPN nursing license
- Strong nursing assessment and communication skills
- Home health, private-duty, pediatric, or adult care experience preferred
