Production Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking production workers in Hudson, OH!

Candidates are responsible for setting up and operating machines to grind the outside diameters of metal parts while maintaining quality and safety standards. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. Pay rate is $22/hour.

Key responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate centerless grinding machines to produce precision metal parts
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed; stop equipment when issues arise
• Inspect finished parts, separating defective pieces
• Select and install grinding wheels based on specifications
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor part replacement
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, scales) to ensure accurate dimensions

Preferred skills include:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong math and measurement skills
• High attention to detail and precision
• Solid mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
