This position requires someone who can balance exceptional customer service, sales, communication, and organization in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. You'll manage the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery while working closely with technicians and management to keep work moving efficiently.Responsibilities:Build strong, long-term customer relationshipsReview inspections, prepare estimates, present recommendations, and ask for the saleMaintain clear communication with customers and the shop throughout the repair processManage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environmentFollow established procedures for intake, documentation, follow-up, and deliveryTake ownership of customer concerns and the overall customer experienceContribute to the continued improvement and development of the shopYou May Be a Great Fit If You:Have automotive service advisor or related industry experienceAre confident presenting recommendations and selling needed repairsStay organized and professional under pressureCommunicate well with customers, technicians, and managementTake ownership, follow processes, and work well as part of a teamWant to contribute to the continued growth and success of the companySchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.Compensation: Starting at $75,000+ per yearElite Network shop owners are committed to building better workplaces, not just better businesses.
