Senior Sales Representative

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly proactive and relationship-led sales professional who thrives on building opportunities rather than waiting for them.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, this individual will play a key role in expanding market presence, developing strategic broker relationships, and driving new-build yacht sales across the USA, Caribbean, and selected Latin American markets.

This is not a passive account management position. The successful candidate will be expected to actively create and nurture their own network within the UHNW ecosystem — attending events, building trusted relationships, generating referrals, and becoming a recognised ambassador for the brand within the luxury marine sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new-build yacht sales opportunities across North America
• Build relationships with brokers, family offices, intermediaries, and UHNW clients
• Represent the brand at boat shows, networking events, and private client functions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract completion
• Support dealer and partner relationships across assigned territories

Requirements:

• Proven success in luxury or high-value consultative sales
• Strong business development and networking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Based in or willing to relocate to Fort Lauderdale

Preferred:

• Yacht or superyacht industry experience
• Existing broker network
• Experience in luxury real estate, private aviation, automotive, or family office sectors
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills
